  • If you are an individual or company that sells or leases property - either residential or commercial - we can help you by providing all of the necessary documentation you'll need. We prepare commercial and residential leases, vendor's lien deeds, rental application forms, background check forms, subdivision rules and regulations. We are also able to handle purchase agreements, promissory notes, and mortgages.

  • We represent landlords as well as tenants in all manners of disputes including, but not limited to, evictions, ejectments, Notices of Breach of Lease and Termination of Lease forms, lease violation disputes and enforcement. As a landlord, it is imperative that you have proper paperwork so that your rights are protected at trial. And as a tenant, it is important that you have an attorney that understands what rights you have and ensures that those rights aren't violated by your landlord.
